You have a conflict that can't be resolved internally. I can come and help you find a solution or offer online mediation.
from 120 euros per hour
I charge extra for travel and accommodation costs. Flat rates are available for companies depending on the number of participants.
Telephone help
No matter where you are, I'm happy to listen, mediate, and help you over the phone. Preliminary consultations are, of course, free of charge!
From 50 euros per individual consultation
For private individuals, I charge from €50 for 30 minutes for a maximum of two participants. Short preliminary consultations are, of course, free of charge. For companies, there are flat-rate telephone rates depending on the number of participants.
Email communication
Before you send an email you'll later regret, let me refine your message with you first!
From 30 euros per email
A flat rate for companies is available for 10 or more emails per month.
Workshops
Preventive workshops in non-violent and needs-oriented communication have been proven to help employees better deal with changes in the company and prevent bullying.
From 700 euros per day
I also charge travel and accommodation costs.
Coaching
I work with you one-on-one on your issues and help you see new perspectives and find new ways forward.
From 120 euros per hour
Coaching sessions can also be conducted online.
